I’m a 40 year old mum of one. Increasingly I’m hearing more conversations about menopause and my ears are starting to tune in. With changes happening in my body, I’m beginning to think, is this the start? I know little, to nothing. However, I want to get myself informed, which is why I have begun this passion project. My moods already swing drastically with each monthly event that passes and I’m starting to dread the potential monster I might become. But will I? Are these things I hear about menopause destined for me or do I have options open to me when the time comes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So forgive me, I’m not a medical professional. I am just me. I want the best for my future and yours too. So this is why I have begun this endeavour. I hope it helps you too when you need it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
